Flexo-Water 52/80

AGI is glad to present its new equipment, the ROTARY 52/80 for flexo-water plates.
After a year of tests, AGI is honored to present the first wash out unit for 52/80 inches flexo-water plates.
Developed on a cylinder, the new 52/80 and its related filtration unit, have a reduced and functional size.
Equipment dimensions: 4680x1350x1900 mm
The plate is fixed on a cylinder where the all-around 42 brushes, specifically designed, grant a uniform and perfect coverage of the plate.
The translation movement together with the rotation of the cylinder lasts for the whole wash out cycle.
The total wash out time is around 45 minutes for ASAHI AWP-DEF (thickness of 1.14)
